Concrete panel retaining walls use precast panels spanning between galvanised steel posts. The panel sits in the post channel in the same way as a sleeper system, but the panel profile is significantly larger — typically covering greater height per unit than a sleeper, and presenting a flat, uniform face.
This system is well-suited to situations where the wall is visible and aesthetics are a consideration: rear boundary walls on new developments, commercial street frontages and large residential properties.
