Acoustic noise walls are a specialist product used primarily in road reserve, rail corridor and industrial zone applications. They differ from standard retaining walls in that their primary function is noise attenuation rather than earth retention — though many acoustic wall installations do both.
Icon Walls acoustic systems use structural steel post sections (UC and PFC series) with infill panels designed to achieve specified noise reduction targets. Posts are set in concrete in drilled or bored holes and panels are fitted in sequence.
